Tea Room Salad Fresh greens topped with turkey breast, ham & swiss cheese, and gourmet side dressing. Hot Seafood Au Gratin Mildly spicy crabmeat type fish caserole in a delicate cheese sauce. Smoked Salmon Roulade An egg roulade stuffed with pink salmon, swiss cheese and spinach served with a lovely tomato bisque sauce.
