Deposit Policies (Daily & Weekly):
- A deposit, depending on length of stay, is due within 10 days of booking.
- Balance of total rental cost is due upon arrival.
- Reservation may be pre-approved to a credit card, in which case no charge is made until arrival.
- A damage deposit may be required.
Cancellation/Refund Policies (Daily & Weekly):
- 100% of deposit is refundable on cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival.
- 50% of the total rental will be charged on cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival.
*No refund will be made on cancellations within 10 days of arrival. Full or partial refund may be made, based on recovery of lost rents thru re-booking.
Additional Person Charges:
- Rates are based on double occupancy. With prior approval, extra guests are $10 per person per night. Our facilities are for the enjoyment of our Inn guests. Please register all other visitors. There is a nominal charge of $10 per day for the use of Inn facilities.
- Unlimited golf privileges on the Resort course are complimentary to daily and weekly guests. For monthly and extended stay guests, there is a nominal additional charge.
- Housekeeping services are provided to daily and weekly guests. For monthly and extended stay guests, these services are available at an additional charge.
Non Smoking Facility: * For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is not allowed. A cleaning charge of $50 will be added for smoking in the guest rooms.
- No pets allowed. We can recommend nearby kennels for your convenience.
* Check-in 3:00 pm; Check-out 12:00 noon. No early/late check-in/check-out without prior approval. An additional charge of 25% of the daily rate may apply for additional stays exceeding 2 hours
